In this class we will focus on sides featuring vegetables that can quickly become main course or be built up into rice or grain bowls with a focus on cooking for a few days. We'll make salads that feature lentils, grains and rice but are loaded with vegetables, learn all about roasting vegetables, and ways to push vegetables into other meals.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
