We'll work together to create a Cubano sandwich using ham and pork tenderloin, ham and split pea soup, the main course - the perfect pork loin roast with all the trimmings. And don't forget dessert we'll use lard to make the perfect pastry for pie.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
