In this class we will work together to cook a delicious meal but first we will meet at Old Strathcona Farmers Market to pick out our ingredients and meet some of the farmers that we work with closely at Awn. This will be an introduction to market shopping and I will be sharing my tips and tricks for market shopping and of course why I think it’s so important! Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
