In this class we will work through a variety of recipes for meal prep and make the most of what's in your fridge, talking about what a well stocked fridge, freezer and pantry looks like to push your food dollars. We will also talk about uses for a no waste kitchen.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
