Pulses! In this class we will learn more about where and how pulses are grown, harvested and processed and why they are such a great source of protein. We will use them in creative ways, talking through different beans and lentils, how to source them and how to cook them from dry or when you'd want to use tinned. We will make seasonal salads, sides and mains showcasing these hearty and humble ingredients.
