One of our most popular summer classes! From side salads to salads that are a meal, salads that must be eaten straight away to salads that hold well and are great for lunches and picnics. We'll explore the abundance of seasonal veg and create beautiful salads for all occasions. We'll talk about ingredients, prep, sourcing, relevant flavour combinations, dressings and more.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
