When it's hot outside sometimes the last thing we want to do is cook / bake, but we're also in the abundant season with so much to offer. In this class we will work with fish and chicken, not to mention all the delicious fruit and veg to make quick and simple meals that can be served hot or cold and take the fuss out of summer cooking and get you into the sunshine to enjoy delicious meals with your family and friends. This will be an all new to Awn menu.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
