In this class we will work together to make potato and leek soup, bangers and mash, we’ll share our sausage roll recipe and show you how to make a classic sausage roll as well as an appetizer size and we'll make Scotch eggs. And for dessert - Bakewell tart. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
