KITCHEN SKILLS SERIES: All Things Bread | Three Day Class
In this condensed class we are bringing together some of our favourite bread workshops - sweet and basic bread, our famous cinnamon buns, Italian and French bread, pizza and sourdough. In this three day workshop we will work to build our skills of working with yeast doughs in various ways as well as working with sourdough. Each day will build form the previous day and you’ll leave with knowledge and confidence to start your bread baking journey at home. This class isn’t just for beginners though, if you’ve been baking for a while, you’ll gain something from this class too. Recipes we will cover include - white bread, brown bread, burger buns, brioche, focaccia, our olive oil dough, our cinnamon bun dough, baguette and more. A meal will be provided each day.
