January 30 | Muffins and Tray Bakes

In this class we will learn how to make the perfect muffin, how to make a base muffin mix to always have on hand - and how to use it. We will talk about fresh vs. frozen fruit, dense muffins, and the perfect top. We will also make a coffee cake tray bake, coconut and raspberry tray bake, Millionaire's shortbread and more. Included in this class is lunch with wine and a recipe pack with bonus recipes to take home.
