January 3 | Kids Pizza

From dough to sauce to toppings and everything in between come and enjoy an evening full of pizza and learning! In this class we will talk through working with yeast doughs, how to mix, knead, rest, longer fermentation vs. quick fermentation. We'll make tomato sauce and kids will build their own pizza. Included in this class is dinner with a homemade lemonade, a hands on class and a recipe pack with bonus recipes.

Please note this class is for children between 8 and 14 and is not a parent and child class.
