In this class we will work together to learn all things choux pastry. Choux is cooked on the stove and made using flour, egg and butter. It is best known as a profiterole (cream puff), gougeres or eclair - we will be making all three. It's also the pastry used to make churros! Included in this class is dinner with wine and a recipe pack with bonus recipes to take home.
