Join us in the workshop and learn to make our famous cinnamon buns. In this class we will work together through the tips and tricks for working with sweet yeast doughs - from ingredients, to tools, mixing, kneading, shaping, resting and proving and everything in between. Each person will go home with six of our famous cinnamon buns!
Included in this class:
- A 3 hour class with dinner
- A recipe pack
- 6 cinnamon buns to take home
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
