There are few doughnuts that can be purchased in a shop that compare to a homemade doughnut! Our doughnuts are light, fluffy, not too sweet and the fillings are perfect! In this class we will work together to learn all about working with an enriched yeast doughs - from ingredients, to mixing and kneading, to resting and proving, shaping and of course frying. We will make two seasonal fillings for our doughnuts.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
