As we get further into winter sourcing and cooking vegetables in creative ways can get more and more difficult. In Alberta we are lucky to be able to source great hot house veg throughout the year - including fresh herbs, green beans, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and more. We will use these veg and of course the storage crops of the winter season to make delicious meals around vegetables - from sides to mains, soups and starters. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
