We are always getting asked in the cafe for recipes for our baking that we serve - so we decided to create a class around our favourite sweets. In this class we will work together to make our cinnamon buns, sausage rolls (please note we will not be teaching puff pastry in this class), rye brownies, oat bars and our famous breakfast sandwich. Included in this class is dinner with a glass of wine and an extensive recipe pack sharing our favourite sweet recipes from our cafe!
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
