February 13 | The Vietnamese Table

In this class we will work together to cook a Vietnamese feast. My friend Kenya Hushagen will be joining us in the kitchen to share her travel stories and love for the bright flavours of Vietnam. We will be making a light and bright salad, Ban Xeo, beef pho (including how to make your own beef stock) and more. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
