We've been asked for a few years now to do a class on mushrooms - so we're doing it! From mushroom soup, to mushroom pie, mushrooms cooked with cream and thyme, or red wine and sage. We'll be cooking up a feast that is inspired by mushrooms - mains, sides, and toppers. The main course will be steak served with mushrooms in red wine and sage, but don't worry they'll be plenty. We'll talk about sourcing, cleaning and how to cook your mushrooms to perfection.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
