There’s much more to chicken than boneless, skinless, breasts. Gain the knowledge and confidence to prepare chicken in whole new ways. From familiar recipes, to being able to handle a whole chicken - a skill you’ll have for a life time!
In this class:
- Make easy fried chicken on the stovetop
- Learn how to break down an entire bird (each participant will break down an organic chicken to take home - valued at $25.00+)
- Lean how to flatten - or spatchcock - a chicken for quicker cooking on the BBQ or oven
- Familiar chicken recipes
- The best caesar salad
What to expect:
- A meal that we will work together to prepare
- A hands-on class where you can do as you learn (dress comfortably and ready to cook!)
- A recipe pack of what was prepared in class
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
