In this class we will work through grilling, braising and roasting - we'll make the perfect steak to have with a seasonal salad, a chicken stew, and the perfect roast beef dinner with all the trimmings.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
