The prairies offer such abundance even in the hungry months you never have to look far to find inspiration in the kitchen. In this class we will work through creating dishes that feature the seven signature foods of Alberta (beef, bison, canola, red fife wheat, honey, Saskatoon berries and root vegetables). In this all new Alberta Table menu you will hear stories from producers that are growing and raising these wonderful signature foods and we promise, you won't leave hungry!
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
