In this class we will work together to learn knife skills and make dinner. We'll start with the basics, onion, celery and carrot to make the perfect bolognese, then we'll slice onions for French Onion soup, master segmenting citrus to make a fennel and orange salad.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
