Happy New Year

Well… I’ve made it to Ireland. After what feels like a whirlwind holiday season, a quick trip to London, and endless worry about my damn luggage (which in the end didn’t cause too much grief), tomorrow morning I will be headed to Ballymaloe Cookery School, and I cannot wait!!
